The cycle kept stopping partway with the lights still on. Turbidity sensor was fouled and reading nonsense. He cleaned it and the control reset properly. Straightforward, and he did not talk down to me.

Gut renovated kitchen at the back of a three decker, and the pro top had never simmered properly since install. It had been left set up for propane. Converted correctly and it is a different machine.
